This is an amazing breakfast restaurant. We were visiting with a large church group and the waiters (Lisa and Alisha) did an outstanding job of hosting us and getting our food on time and correct. Our entire group was wowed by your service. Definitely one to remember. Thanks again. Food and hot cakes were outstanding. By far the best.
Pleasantly surprised, justed walked in and was greeted with a cozy/home like atmosphere. This place isn't trying to be flashy or try to justify why a breakfast should be $20 a plate. Lebaron does an amazing job being a breakfast restaurant. Simple menu items that doesn't go for pages on end. Great portion sizes, fair prices. Great spot for breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious. Our server was wonderful. Next time I’m in Idaho, I’ll definitely stop there again. I would highly recommend this place.
I had an amazing experience here and the food was delicious 😋 the staff here are super friendly, and very prompt with their service. It does stay pretty busy but there wasn't a long wait! And as you can see from the pictures I was only able to eat half of the biscuits and gravy so they're not shy with the portions!
1st time eating here. This was a wonderful lunch. I had a meat lovers omelet, it was great. Lots of meat, sausage, bacon and ham in a delicious 3 eggs omelet. My wife had a beef dip. It was very flavorful and came with a side salad. My granddaughter enjoyed the 1/3 pound Angus cheese burger and fryers. We had a excellent young gal as our server. She did a great job.
We hadn't been to Honkers in quite some time, after moving further away from Nampa. Honkers used to be my husband's go to diner, he has taken many friends there over the years. We were in town and decided to drop in. Since our last visit the hours have changed, they close early on weekdays (2pm) But we made it just in time. The service is wonderful and the food is just how we remember it, home style and yummy! We've celebrated a couple Birthdays here over the years too, the service is top tier, they made my little girl birthday pancakes one year, and on this visit they loaded up a bag full of pancakes, on the house at the end of our meal. Exceptional customer service! We scoured downtown for needy folks to hand them out to but unlike years past we couldn't find a single.soul. That's a good thing though, hopefully everyone had a safe place to be. Honkers also has a punch card now, so go, run, give some love to this gem in the heart of Nampa!
I called for a takeout order and they answered right away. Their timeframe was extremely reasonable. When I walked in they were insanely busy and still got me my food quickly. They have excellent to go containers for eating on the go. I dealt with Shawn and he was awesome, and we will definitely be back.
Nice inside, warm and clean. Fast service, staff is organized and efficient. Food was good, not amazing but a place you can trust to enjoy. I will come back mainly because it’s a nice place with no wait.
First time coming in today 1/21/26 and couldn't have been more satisfied.. the service the food/portions were fantastic. What a gem the atmosphere was nice and so was the choice of background music. We will definitely be back!!

But Honkers LeBron Café has become such a valued tradition for us that when I recently tried to suggest another option… my staff emphatically said NO 😂. This little hidden gem in downtown Nampa offers exactly what you want in a breakfast spot: a great variety of menu items, homemade comfort food, generous portions, and excellent value. On top of that, the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and provides great service. Thank you for giving us a place we look forward to year after year.
